We provide stretches, warm ups, 50 basic asanas, all basic pranayamas( breathing techniques), Yoga nidra, Traditional surya namaskar, Mantra meditation, Yogic theory of Panchakoshas.
A 1 month Live Session From Monday to Friday.
Optional Timings: Morning 5am to 6am
Morning 6am to 7am
Evening 7pm to 8pm
