Interestingly human consciousness evolves at different stages and
paces for every single individual. Some are immature, some are logical,
some are mature, some are insecure and some are exceptionally evolved.
The one process that is for all levels is – Yoga. Yoga brings necessary
emotional and mental balance for anyone at any given time. That’s why, in
this new age of corporate world, yoga gains popularity simultaneously.
Yoga, pranayamas and meditation are the one thing that are
designed for experiencing inner dimension that leads to the non- physical
aspect of a human being. In simple words, it’s not just for holistic
experiences, these are designed to evolve and experience a human
consciousness and thereby touch the very source of creation. That’s why
Yoga, pranayamas and meditation is performed more intensely by the great
sages, saints and yogis of Himalayas. They maintain the tradition and the
necessary sanctity of it.
Pranayama (Breathing Technique)
The very word “Pranayama” means, to amplify the pranic energy or
life energy. According to Yogic Science, a Human Body consists of 5 total
layers or sheathes, which is known as the Panchakosha’s. These are
Annamayakosha(Food body), Manomayakosha(mental body),
Pranamayakosha(Energetic body), Vigyanamayakosha(knowledge body)
and Anandamayakosha(Bliss Body). Here we can work only at the first 2
bodies, the Food body (right kind of food & physical activity, i.e yoga) and
mental body (thoughts and emotions).
The third body, the Energetic body, is the store house for all the
traumas, a human has ever been through. It seems that it also holds the
memory in an energetic form of all the lifetimes a consciousness has
experienced. Yoga, pranayamas and mediation are the only existing tools
that can slowly work on these collected traumas in the energetic level, clean
it and keep the energy vibrant and abundant. We do not want these
memories and traumas to burden us in anyway, as they play a major role in
the way we see the world.
Once energetically, a person starts healing, this naturally calms the
nervous system and starts activating the parasymphatic nervous system.
This helps in reducing the stress hormone and bring a sense of peace and
calm into the system.
Yoga for mental clarity
On doing yoga everyday, our body starts aligning itself to the very
source of creation, regardless of what stage of consciousness the individual
stands. The chakras across body, mental body, energetic body and bliss
body, starts to sync with the planet, solar system and hence the entire
existence. When this starts happening, negativity like mental stress,
tensions, anxiety, fear, anger, emotional and hormonal imbalances do not
stand a chance.
At this stage, a human will experience, their mind to be clear,
live in the present moment, complete dedication at any task, taking
responsibility, peace, enjoying every moment of life, filled with positivity,
health & joy and most importantly higher perspective of life.
This is the reason why most people after the yoga session seems to
be burden free, replenished, living in the “flow” state, drastically energetic
and focussed. Yoga is like magic, which gives phenomenal mental clarity,
which is mandatory for a human to live up to his maximum potential.
